Delivery Charges
For orders over £35 delivery is FREE! For orders under £35 delivery is currently just £1.99 – so however many items you order, you will only pay one small delivery charge of £1.99! This is a limited time offer, after which our delivery charge will revert back to the normal rate.

Ordering and delivery information
Once you have made your order and paid, you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and details of the items that you have ordered.

We aim to dispatch your goods the same working day, or failing that the following working day.

Goods are normally sent by Second Class Royal Mail. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days of dispatch.

For your convenience, ordered goods do not normally require a signature on delivery. So if you’re not in when the delivery arrives, if there is somewhere safe and discreet for the parcel to be left the driver may leave it for you. If there is no appropriate location, the driver will leave a card or attempt to redeliver on a subsequent day. If you haven’t received your order within 2-5 working days of dispatch, and haven’t received a card advising of attempted delivery we would suggest you contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding your parcel for you to collect. At present we do not offer international delivery. Currently we deliver only within the UK.

Please accept our apologies that you are unable to order from our website if you live outside of the UK. We hope to change this in the future, but in the meantime there are other online retailers that stock our products and do deliver internationally. We would like to recommend the award-winning online retailer Temptation Gifts – they stock all of our products and deliver internationally.
